The post of dispatching cakes:

(1)    To ensure the cake fresh, allcakes which would be dispatching that day are all made on that day. Cake is a kind of food that should be kept fresh, so please every custom who had received the cake enjoy your cake as soon as possible, or put it into the icebox in order to avoid it go bad. To ensure the cake fresh it couldn’t last 3 hours without the cold storage, and the temperature must be five below zero, and it’s better not to store it more than two days.

(2)    Please consider the number of people who will eat the cake to decide how many pound will you order, so that you can eat it up in one time. Usually, 2 people need 1 pound, 3-5people need about 2 pound,5-8 people need about 3 pound, and so on. If you need to add more, please phone us.

(3)    If  you ordered the cake, we will send a set tools for eat,  like paper dishes、knives、forks and candles.

(4)    The cake is a product which was made by hand, different cook will have different views on the shape of the type, and their skill will be different too. In addition, because of the local resource, when some materials or colors are lack of, we will find some other which are similar to them instead. The product you received may be a bit different from that you saw on the internet, so the cake based on the actual dispatching. If there is something inconvenient, forgiven please.

(5)    If your order was during the Christmas day、Spring Festival、Valentine’s Day、Mid-autumn Day、Mother’s Day and some important festival, because making cake is a handwork,  you would need to order advanced to avoid delay.
